@vaidehisingh as a precaution, and as it mentions in our volunteer guide, please tag any thread concerning domains for Staff attention. They have tools to see what is attached to the account that we volunteers do not have access to. Thanks! -

I can confirm that no domain has been associated with your WordPress.com site potterybynicole.wordpress.com. Once you’ve provided us with the domain we can take a look and see what happened.
My guess is that the domain may have been registered with Squarespace and needed to be transferred before you canceled your account. I would recommend reaching out to Squarespace support to see if that’s the case.
