  Is it possible to change the domain without an additional fee? For context, we will be changing the brand to Bloom and Balance instead of Balance and Bloom. We bought our current domain just last week, so is there a way for a refund or free change since we haven’t used the domain for a month yet?

  Hi there!

  A domain, once registered, can’t be changed. The only way is to register a new domain and set that as the primary address of your site. You’ll be charged the cost of the new domain registration fee.

  Your current domain will redirect to the new domain if you decide to keep both of the domains active. You can also cancel the current domain if you wish, but it’s outside the 96-hour refund period as of now.
