  Hi just wondering how long this change takes to come over? We went from wordpress.com our purchased preference.

  Thanks for getting in touch! While you can purchase a domain without a plan, to have your domain be your primary domain, you need a paid plan. Otherwise, your domain will redirect to your free *.wordpress.com URL.

  Our yearly plans come with a free domain registration for the first year. If you decide to upgrade to one of these plans, we can refund you the A$19.80 you’ve paid separately for the domain.
