domain change from .com to .org

  How can I change my domain name from simplyinspirationalsisters.com to simplyinspirationalsisters.org? I’m planning to make this a not-for-profit and would like the website and blog site to match with .org

  Hi there,

  You can register a new domain at any time and map it to your existing blog:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/register-domain/

  I would recommend making the new domain your primary domain, but not deleting the other one, as people may already know the current domain address. Changing your domain without retaining the old one at least for a while may cause you to lose traffic and your search engine results will suffer.
