When I just called (@5:36pm pst) the above number I am told that no one is available to answer and that they only take calls until 9pm, yet the information on the internet states you are open 24/7 to answer calls. What is going?Anyway, I am trying to log into my other WordPress site: owntheview.org but I am notablee to access it even after I change my password. I need to change the domain to owntheview.biz

That number and the company is not associated with WordPress.com. That is a third party company that provides paid support and is in now way affiliated with us.
