Domain change seems to lose existing posts

  I apologize in advance that I am an idiot!

  I want to change my domain to runamuckranch.wordpress.com. When I attempted to do so, it appeared that none of the posts to ranchrunamuch.wordpress.com would transfer, and that a completely new blog was created. Is there a way to change the domain without having to start over?

  Did you purchase a domain mapping upgrade and then follow all the steps?

  Timethief, I did that, but it started a completely different blog… so now I have 2 blogs showing. The posts are all in ranchrunamuck.wordpress.com when I wanted to change it to runamuckranch.wordpress.com. Kind of wondering if the change of domain means I have to re-post everything under the updated name…
