Domain changed from new back to original, all my posts posted in new domain disappeared

  I once changed to paid domain with .net
  And then the period of the paid domain ended because I didn’t extend it, so my wordpress domain revert back to wordpress.com
  But all my posts I have posted in that new domain was lost. Only leaving me with all my old posts in old domain before I upgrade it
  I’m just wondering is there any way to retrieve it?

  Hi there,

  Your domain (maifate.net) although it was registered through us (WordPress.com), it was mapped to a self-hosted WordPress site. This means that you used another hosting provider to host it.

  If you want to learn more about the differences of the hosted WordPress.com version and the self-hosted WordPress.org one, you can read this article:

  Fortunately, I was able to find an archived version of your site back from 2016:

  http://web.archive.org/web/*/maifate.net

  Also, you can ask for a backup of your site from your hosting provider (if they have kept one).
