Domain Charge

I was just charged for a domain name and domain mapping which I would like to cancel immediately. When I go onto my profile and try to manage purchases I can’t because it says I do not have any sites. I need to remove my credit card info. so that automatic charges won’t happen. There does not seem to be a phone number that I can call.

I’ll be happy to help you with this. It sounds like the charge is coming from another user account that you’ve set up previously. Can you share the URL in question?

No problem.
That domain is owned by a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from here. This is why you aren’t finding it on your account.
I’ve sent an email to the email address that you’ll need to login with. Once you login you can post here in the forums and I can take care of the cancellation or you can do it yourself via Manage Purchases.
