    hello- i cancelled my personal plan today because i realised that the free one was all i need- i didn’t really know what i was doing and did something that meant that i didn’t get £11 back- is there a way i could get this back as i didn’t know what i was doing as i’m not technology competent- any help you can give would be greatly appreciated- thanks Ben Gladwin
