Domain charges not refunded

  Dear sir

  i have cancelled my domain for the above site within two days as mentioned but the refund is still pending.

  Please check out at the earliest

  Hi Aniruddha,

  I confirmed that your domain was cancelled and the refund was already issued. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History to confirm your refund.

  I just asked for a refund on mine as I noticed it renewed yesterday and I haven’t used the website in forever…. It just said it didn’t go through… How to I start a forum of my own to get this resolved?

  In your post include the domain name that you want cancelled. Enter “modlook” as one of the tags and a staff member will assist with your refund. As it’s the weekend, it may be Monday before you get a response.
