    Based on other posts, is barbosa-bars.com the domain name you want to renew?

    That domain name is in redemption, meaning that there’s an additional $80 fee with the registrar to renew. If you agree to that, can you reply to confirm the domain name and tag the post with modlook to alert staff of the issue?

    @11solutionsmarketing, I can see you’ve deleted your account, which complicates matters. We can help you through though.

    First you’ll need to undelete your account. To do that, respond to your deletion confirmation email, letting us know you need to be undeleted so you can redeem your domain.

    Then, at your request, we’ll make an invoice for the domain renewal+redemption fee. Once that’s paid, we can reach out to the registrar to get your domain back.
