    I need to update my companycatalystllc.com domain ASAP it has been down for over a month and I have not received a single notification. I have lost probably over $2,000 in sales and need this domain pointing back to Hostgator servers yesterday. If it requires some form of purchase I would like to be credited this time due to the lack of communication and loss of sales. If you can do this for me it would be a large benefit and would most likely make me start sending my clients to WordPress for domain and website needs instead of hostgator.

    Hi @companycatalystllc, I’ll send an invoice for the cost of domain renewal and redemption. As soon as you pay that and notify us of the payment, we’ll reach out to the registrar to get the domain back.
