    Don’t worry, I’ll try and help you find it. galleriastives.wordpress.com is the only site owned by the account you are contacting us from (and should be listed under My Sites). Can you send a link to the one you need help with?

    If you are sure it is hosted by WordPress.com, it would be worth checking your emails to see if there is mention of a second account.

    Just let me know and we can go from there.
