Domain connection charges

    Why do you have to pay for a domain, a website and then domain connection? I’ve never had to pay for a domain connection before.

    Hi there!

    A domain connection is included with a WordPress.com plan. This means we don’t charge extra for adding a domain you already own when your WordPress.com site has an active paid plan.

    I checked your site, and I found that you added a domain connection when you purchased the WordPress.com Business plan. The plan was canceled, but the domain connection is still active. I see that you aren’t using the domain with your WordPress.com site, which means you don’t need the domain connection on this site.

    The subscription will expire and be removed on February 22, 2023. You can also manually cancel the subscription by following the steps here.
