    Hi Experts,

In our Domain connection, status is active but still cannot go jcfit.hk

PS: We just connected the domain to our DNS provider around 15 mins ago

It sounds like your domain connection might still be propagating, as DNS changes typically take some time to fully propagate across the internet. While the connection status shows “active,” it doesn’t necessarily mean that all DNS servers worldwide have updated yet.

Here are a few things to check:

    1. DNS Propagation Time: Even though the domain is connected, DNS propagation can take up to 24-48 hours. You can use a DNS propagation tool (like DNSChecker) to check if the DNS records have updated globally.
    2. Clear Your DNS Cache: Sometimes, local DNS caches old records, causing connection issues. Try clearing your local DNS cache or using a different browser or device.
      • For Windows: ipconfig /flushdns
      • For macOS: sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
    3. Check DNS Settings: Ensure that your DNS records (A, CNAME, etc.) are correctly pointing to the right server. Verify these settings with your DNS provider or web hosting service.
    4. SSL/TLS Issues: If your site is using HTTPS, ensure that your SSL certificate is properly installed and configured.
    5. Wait and Refresh: Since it has only been 15 minutes, give it more time for the DNS changes to fully propagate.

Let me know if any of these suggestions help!

Hello! While your domain name was still propagating, I found that it needed an SSL certificate (and the automated process to set that up had not run yet), so I have added that to your site. You can clear your browser cache now to make sure that you are able to view the latest version of your site.
