  My blogging friends are paying £15 a year for their blog, some only upgrade recently but it doesn’t come up with that price for me only the premium price of £85 which I don’t want. Help!? How do I get a cheaper price a year

  Hi @karinahearts – New WordPress.com user accounts are required to upgrade from Free to Premium in order to use a Custom Domain on WordPress.com.

  You can blog with an entirely free account using a free domain. Free domains look like yourblog.wordpress.com.
