  I have a domain with someone else. I am considering buying the personal plan with you. Now what are the yearly costs for the domain if
  A. Leave the domain where it is and just link it with you.
  B. Transfer the domain with you.

  Hello,

  You said you have a domain with someone else; I am assuming that means its with a different domain register company or hosted at a different hosting partner.

  Either way, getting on WordPress.com would be very similar. You can either point your existing domain to WordPress.com, or transfer it to WordPress.com.
