I accidental deleted the domain in my Account and now i want to restore it. I wrote an Email but did not get a response, in this forum also. Can you please restore the domain for me?

Hello, thank you for the reply. I bought the Domain at wordpress so the registrar is wordpress. The nameserver of beautybyshu.de is ns1.wordpress.com.

I’ve successfully restored your domain. However, currently, it’s not connected to any site. If you want, you can easily connect it to a site by creating a new one. I have now another issue. I want get the Authorisation Code for my Domain. But when i click to sent code i get a error that the code couldn´t sent to my Email and that i have to contact the Support for it.

I confirmed in this thread that the site should be restored too.
If i want to creat a site it can only be reached by a new name. Every time i browse my Domain: beautybyshu.de it redirect to the site i created with another Website Name. I dont know what i do wrong. So the fact for me is now to get a autorisation code (transfercode) for the domain beautybyshu.de

Hi @ahmetek12, can you share the exact error you get when you try to get your authorization code?
I’m not positive about .de domains as they’re fairly new here, but many domains have a required 60 waiting period before they can be transferred out, in which case you would want to point it to your new host for now using its name servers. Still, if you’ll share the exact error, we can double check.

@ahmetek12 – I did more searching and found out the .de domains don’t have a required waiting period, but we do have to do some manual work to get the auth code to you. We’ll work on that and update you when it’s done. Cheers!
