Hi Timethief,
the URL is http://www.jostrength.com
I was following a guide to create a WordPress and I made an account on WordPress instead of bluehost so I then paid to have the domain http://www.jostrength.com with WP then when I created my bluehost account and used WordPress through that I am unable to use the domain.
I just need it transferred to bluehost but because its a newly registered it can’t be transferred for 60 days so I deleted it and refunded the purchase (only got £8 back from £30)
The reason I’m trying to do this is because I can’t install plugins on WP but I can freely install them if its hosted by bluehost.
Thanks

Just to clarify the blog above http://www.jostrength.wordpress.com is the one bluehost created for me when I installed WordPress through them.

Hey there,
If you’re wanting to transfer your domain, you should never cancel it at your current host because once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it. Also, it usually takes a few weeks for your domain registration to clear and become available once you cancel it. There isn’t an exact time, however, so you’ll be checking consistently to see when it becomes available.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/
For more information on using the domain elsewhere, please see:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain/
Let me know if you would like for me to try and regain the domain for you.
Thanks!

Wow I’ve made such a mess of this,
Thank you for the help btw.
My first time I’m afraid.
So basically I need to move my site from WordPress.com to WordPress.org so it becomes fully customisable.
And I will need to get my domain back is that the first step?
If so by all means try and recover it for me I’ve just spent £120 for both bluehost and WordPress :(

No worries! I was able to restore the domain for you.
You will not be able to transfer the domain to Bluehost for the first 60 days of registration, but you can point the nameservers over to Bluehost to use the domain with your WordPress.org site in the meantime.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
