Domain did not connect to the website when upgraded

    Hi! I just upgraded the plan, and for some reason it appears that I have two domains. (The previous domain was renewed recently and the plan I upgraded had a free domain, so I assume that is the issue). However, I am trying to use the old domain on the website. I just can not make it work

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    I just checked your WordPress.com account and noticed that your domain sdarmsusf.org is now loading your WordPress.com site with the Creator plan. You mentioned having a ‘previous domain.’ Could you tell us what that domain name is so that we can look it up and help you accordingly?

    To clarify, you have only one custom domain registered on your site as of now. It sounds like you are expecting to have only one domain, too. But I wanted to clarify what the other domain was that you saw.
