Domain Disabled

My partner and I purchased a domain from you several months ago. We had issues with time to post and were not able to get around to using it until a few weeks ago. At that time we received a notification on the site that the domain had been disabled for failure to register or something of that sort. As far as we are aware we never received any notification of the requirement to register. If some sort of confirmation email could be resent that would be greatly appreciated.

That site is hosted by lunarservers.com and not our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.
