Domain disappeared

  I recently Change my host to and the new host has confirmed the change over has not been done.
  i done the change over on the 23 November and after doing so I have now contacted the new host and they requested I contact your team to speed up the process.
  and after logging in I now noticed my domain is not here anymore.

  the nominet team was able to confirm the IPs tag I requested to change has been actioned.

  the domain is mashldn.co.uk

  please can you assist?

  Hi there!

  It looks like you transferred your domain to IONOS 1&1 and the process was completed on November 23rd. Since it’s no longer under our control, there’s nothing we can do on our end.

  However, transferring a domain does not change the domain nameservers so they will retain the WordPress.com ones until you update them.

  You would need to contact IONOS if you need help updating those nameservers. Your new hosting provider should be able to advise what you need to change them to.
