Domain disappeared – help?

Our domain registration expired and our contact email was defunct. Our site and email went down yesterday so our business has crashed. The domain does not now appear on my wordpress dashboard. Can anyone help me to contact WordPress support?

3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
5. When did the expiration take place?

Thanks. Staff address the threads tagged with modlook in datestamp order, serving the earliest dated first as woukld be expected. From there they move forward to the most recent dated and time stamped threads. Please be patient while waiting.

Thank you Liz, received and I’ve made the payment. Can you confirm if the redemption process will actually take 80 days, or if you might be able to recover it for us much sooner? Can we expect our domain to be available in any form before that process is completed? We’re desperate as our business, website and email, are all down as a result. Many thanks for your help!

Hello – I’ve sent the request to our domain partner asking that your domain be restored.
We will need to sit tight and wait to hear back from them.
Typically, we hear back within 48 hours and we send an update your way as soon as we have news.
Once it is confirmed that the domain can be restored it will only take me a few minutes to add it back to your account.
