hello I have a problem in my WordPress account to sign up.
my page is dkonline-shop.com.
I have tried it more times but it is time that this user is no longer there?
I always received backup mails on my email (email visible only to moderators and staff). I wanted to log in again but it does not work. I have set up a further domain platincoin-start.com heist on the same email address. This page works but now I’m no longer in my old domain dkonline-shop.com purely.how do I get my old domain wiedwer there are already some finished pages on it that I wanted to use now.

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by NameCheap. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
