DOMAIN DNS

    Hello, we recently renewed our domain that was connected to Strikingly before but we already transferred to WordPress. The domain’s now active but the domain’s DNS are still pointing to Strikingly’s servers. I need to know what DNS you require to point a domain to your platform. Our site’s getservicescompany.com, email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Correct account: Unknown

    The company hosting your WordPress installation is the one you need to contact. We don’t have any access to nor can we affect or advise on what you need to do with your website. You should check your payment account to see who you paid to host your website – that will be the company you need to contact.
