Hi There,
You can visit Domain page to make necessary changes to your DNS
https://wordpress.com/domains/manage
For more details, please refer to the following article :

The domain in question is not listed. I know the domain is pointed to another host, and want to point the domain to a different DNS. How can i do this if the domain in question (lilrunner.com) isn’t listed. I’m not sure why you would remove it.
For instance, the domain is pointed to SiteGround DNS. If i wanted to point back to WordPress.com, I can’t, or any other host.

Hi there,
You have your domain pointed to a site connected to your account via Jetpack, so you likely have two sites with the same domain showing in your sites list if you click on My Sites ->Switch Site. One of them is the Jetpack site, and will not show the domain. The other is your WordPress.com site for which you originally bought the domain, and that’s the one where the domain will be listed:
-
So does that mean, I need to login into the admin dashboard, and login into Jetpack to change the DNS thru Jetpack and not WordPress.com even though that’s where I bought the domain and thats where the initial configuration was made? I need the main lilrunner.com DNS configurations, and still not sure where to go. I see the WordPress.com site for lilrunner.wordpress.com, but not https://lilrunner.com
-
or if i disconnect the site from Jetpack, it will unlink, will it then show for me to make the DNS change? I need steps and instructions please
-
No, you can only change this through WordPress.com. But you need to select the WordPress.com site, not the Jetpack site, from the My Sites site list.
What would help is if we switched the primary domain for the WordPress.com site back to the free address, lilrunner.wordpress.com. Then you won’t see two sites listed with the same domain, and you’ll select lilrunner.wordpress.com if you want to make any changed to the domain itself, while you’ll select lilrunner.com to make changes to the Jetpack site.
Please confirm if I should go ahead and make that change for you.
