Domain DNS Settings

  Hello

  I am trying to redirect my DNS settings for http://www.bayhampers.co.uk to ekmDomains and I have followed their instructions on my website I am trying to create however, it keeps redirecting it to Word Press.

  ‘In order to use your existing domain name with your new site you need to setup an ‘A Record’ with the company who registered your domain name or to benefit from our extra redundancy transfer it to us using ekmDomains. Please contact the company you registered your domain name with and ask them to add an ‘A Record’ for the subdomain of your choosing, such as http://www.yoursite.co.uk and ask them to point it to 85.159.56.75.’

  Please can you help me with this as I am not sure what I am doing wrong?

  Hi Lara –

  The domain bayhampers.co.uk is not registered through WordPress.com. The DNS changes will happen through the domain registrar (names.co.uk).

  The DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to full update. The name servers are now pointing to phase8. I do not see a WordPress.com site loading for this domain.
