domain does exist

I created itsmikel.wordpress.com on one account the deleted it to put it on my other account and now it says that I can’t use the domain because it exists already. Can we possibly fix this so that I may use it under my new account?

That’s not possible and that’s why it takes bypassing warnings and clicking a verification link in an email to delete a blog here. Note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.
