Domain doesn't work

  So before the domain I had expired I bought it for a year via wordpress. But it’s not working?
  How can I make it work? and if it’s not going to work how can I get a refund?
  My blog was straketch.wordpress.com
  I decided to map a domain I already have straketch.com but it’s not working.
  I really have no idea how to explain what happened and the problem. I just want the domain to work.

  Hi Arwa,

  I see that you mapped the domain straketch.com to your WordPress.com site. However, to use a mapped domain you need to keep the domain registered at the domain registrar where you purchased the domain.

  Here’s the publicly available information about that domain:

  http://who.is/whois/straketch.com

  According to that information, your domain was registered with Tucows Domains. You’ll need to renew your domain registration there before you can continue using it with your WordPress.com site.
