Domain & Domain Mapping Problem

  I paid for domain and domain mapping upgrades via paypal and the charge has come out of my account yet my blog dashboard has not yet updated with this info and the services are still set to expire soon.

  I’ve sent three emails about this issue and haven’t had a response yet, some help would be welcome!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The dashboard side of your blog URLs and all images and media URls will be to the .wordpress.com root blog that you are domain mapping from. That’s normal behavior.

  Maybe I’m not explaining well.

  It’s only mapping, so the blog and everything else operates through the wordpress.com site as I’d expect, however WordPress.com has not registered the fact that I have paid for the services (renewed actually, they’ve worked fine for years) even though it’s now been some time.

  I’m afraid they will stop providing a service I have paid for because of some mix up on their end.

  When I click http://eoinpurcell.wordpress.com/ this is the domain I am directed to http://eoinpurcellsblog.com/ and that’s what I expect. If you feel you need more help with this then hopefully another Volunteer or Staff who can provide it will post into this thread.

  Thanks timethief appreciate your efforts,

  My current subscription runs out 25th October 2011. I paid for the next year (so something like 25 October 2012) on 7 October 2011, so I shouldn’t be seeing a request to renew the subscription on my dashboard as I still do.

  It won’t be an ACTUAL issue until 25 October but if it gets to that point it’ll be over two weeks after I first emailed support asking them to assist me. I’m hoping that using the forum will actually get them to respond to me.

  Your domain is listed as good through October 25, 2012.

  Please check again, you may need to clear your browser’s cache.

  Howdy macmanx,
  I got an email earlier today to say that they had sorted the issue and issued me credit so I could resolve the problem. I just didn’t get a chance till now to long on here and mark it resolved!

  Paid for domain mapping upgrades. Nameservers has been changed, as asked by WordPress, tree days ago.

  Things are not working!

  http://www.vveweenahof.nl has to show my blog on http://weenahof.wordpress.com.

  I marked weeahof.wordpress as my primary domain.

  Can somebody help?? Thanks in advance!

  @weenahof – duplicate threads distort the fabric of space and time and don’t get your answer quicker – it also irritates and confuses the unpaid volunteers that provide most of the help in the forum.
