Hi WordPress,
Our website seems to be down and we don’t know why. We suspect our domain has somehow expired. Our billing history shows that we paid for our domain and yet when I check ‘domain mapping’ under our purchases section the payment method indicates “none”. Can you please explain to us what is happening?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I called go-daddy and they said that the nbacts.com domain is available, but I was wondering if be possible for us to register that domain with wordpress directly? -

I’m quite certain the .com domain was being held by go-daddy for us over the past couple days – I talked to them on the phone a couple of days ago and whenever I’d go to nbacts.com since then I’d get the what i’m quite sure is go-daddy’s ‘website coming soon’ page. We’ve renewed our domain with them; however, the domain mapping is still confusing me a bit. Now, when I go to nbacts.com there is a message saying that “Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found” Our billing history shows that we paid for domain mapping in feb 2016, yet when I try to map our wordpress page to said domain the site tries to bill us for domain mapping. Any ideas as to what’s going on?

Yes, you’ve definitely paid for the domain mapping. I’ve just added the subscription manually to your account and the domain is up and running again with your site https://nbacts.com.
