I am having trouble with my DNS. It’s down. I have not option to renew my name- it doesnt event indicate it has expired nor is shown in my purchases just in my billing. help!

isalymarieliving.com expired on 2017-03-22 and is currently in the redemption period:
It’s still possible to try and recover the domain, however, an $80 redemption fee will be added to the regular domain costs ($18). If you agree to these costs I can start the process by sending you a payment request.
If you do not want to pay the fee, you can wait until the domain is released but there is no guarantee you will be the first to register it.
Please let me know what you would like to do as soon as you can.

I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your account — please let me know if you don’t receive it. Once that has been paid I will contact our domain registrar.

A domain can be pointed towards another site by updating the name servers. I can send you some instructions for this after the recovery process.
