Domain down – please help!

It looks like my domain is down and my email address isn’t working. Wild West Domains can’t help because WP doesn’t provide access to the account. There are no WP support phone numbers or email addresses, can someone please help?

DANIELHARSANYI.COM is in redemption.
There will be an additional $80 fee to recover the domain from redemption. This fee comes from the registrar and isn’t one that we can waive. The total cost will be $106 ($26 for domain renewal + registration and the redemption fee of $80).
I’ll need to confirm that you agree to pay this before we can move forward with redemption.

Ha! Very unimpressed by the way a multi-year client is being treated here. I know it’s not your fault but WP should have a much better process for dealing with this! No matter, I’d prefer to go through the hassle of moving my life over to another domain name than pay an extortionate fee to keep this one and reward WP. Thanks for the help anyway :)

I’ve just tried to delete my site and account and WP won’t let me do either of those!! There is no button to cancel my ‘premium’ upgrade and it says to contact support. Can you please delete that upgrade for me (the adventure theme) so I can then delete my website and account? Thanks!

No problem! I’ve gone ahead and removed the Premium Theme, Adventure, from your account.
Now, you should be able to proceed with these steps to delete the site. Please remember to save any details that you wish to reuse in the future as you won’t be able to do this after it is deleted.
