Domain e-mail account

I currently manage the website for my organization, and we no longer have access to the admin e-mail account. Does anybody know how to recover this e-mail account. Or, for that matter, how to log into that account?

Hi there,
If you lose your access login credential, you can use these options here to recover your login:

Hi there,
Please tell us the address of the site you’re trying to access, and we can point you to the best place to get help with this.

It actually isn’t the site, it’s the email account associated with it. My website is cantonchoralsociety.org, and the email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

That domain is registered with Yahoo, and it looks like they also host the email account @ that domain, so please contact them directly for help with this.
We don’t have any control over either that domain or its email address.
The folks at Yahoo should also be able to help you regain access to the admin account for the site if needed, though you can also find the password reset instructions for the open source version of WordPress you’re using for that site here:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
You’ll need access to your site’s source files and/or database to follow those instructions. You should be able to find those options in your hosting control panel with Yahoo.
