Domain email

  Hi. I am wanting to set up a domain email address, i.e. (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  I have followed the steps on the ‘add email through zoho mail’ – (https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/add-email-through-zoho-mail/)

  However on step 6 when it says ‘Go to My Domains and click on Edit for the relevant domain’, when I go on my domains page I only have one available domain which does not say ‘edit’ next to it.

  Please can someone inform me on how I rectify this.

  For the domain to appear in the My Domains page, you should either purchase the domain from WordPress.com or map the domain to WordPress.com blog.

  Your domain dmsportstherapy.info is purchased from UKWEB-EQX UK Webhosting Ltd. So you should get Domain Mapping upgrade and map the domain to your WordPress.com blog. Your domain will then appear in the My Domains page.

  Thank you for your response. When I follow the link you shared, and follow the link in step one to go to the domain page my dashboard comes up with nothing on the right side, and the last bit of the web address is flickering in the address bar.

  If I click ‘upgrades’ at the bottom it takes me to akismet.com pricing & plans.

  Same issue. When I follow the link to the ‘domains’ page, nothing comes up on the right of the screen, with the address bar flickering.

  Which blog’s dashboard are you trying to log into? dmsportstherapy.info is a self-hosted site. So there won’t be domains screen so I presume it is the domain page of one of your WordPress.com blogs.

  I have managed to sort the issue. As you can probably tell I am not overly experienced with this. I have set up the email with the domain hosting with tsohost.
