Domain email

  I am having email issues which my domain hoster can not help with. We use AT&T and their IT department can’t seem to help out with the issue. One of them said it is most likely an issue with our use of WordPress but I have no way to contact their IT department.

  I can send emails using my domain email but can’t receive anything.
  Does anyone know a solution to this issue?
