  Hi, I’m trying to find the email section under ‘upgrades’ to set up my domain email address but it’s not there. Can you help with this please?

  The Professional Email service is only for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your website is hosted with Bluehost, you would need to configure your email service with them:
