domain email setup

  i bought a domain with WP recently and now i would like to know what is the easiest way to get an email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff))
  do i need an additional host for it? i know a lot of people been using the email forwarding feature. thank you.

  If you’ve mapped a domain to your WordPress.com blog, you can use Custom DNS records to make your domain compatible with other services not hosted at WordPress.com, such as an email provider. Please see here for instructions. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/custom-dns/

  Yup. Go there, and make sure you check out the additional instructions for setting up Google Apps for your domain. If you don’t already have an email provider, they are a nice, free choice with excellent email services.
