domain email verification problem

My domain is paid for and renewed, but domain email verification email was sent to my original WordPress account owner’s defunct email. She is disabled and cannot retrieve the emails WordPress has been sending to her defunct email account. including the emails to the defunct account asking her to approve transfer of account ownership to me, so I can verify the domain email address. The upshot is, I have paid for a domain that WordPress is not allowing me to use. I need to talk to somebody at WordPress by phone.

I just checked and found that the domain was verified successfully. There was a problem with SSL because the domain was suspended. Now that it is verified, the SSL certificate was activated successfully.
