Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching out – to confirm, are you looking to add a custom email address with zhoana.art?
If yes, can you tell me if you’ve already purchased email hosting with another provider?
Many thanks in advance.

Hi,
I have iCloud+ which hosts domain email. How can I integrate this with wordpress?
It’s so confusing. -
To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:
- The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
- WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
- WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.
What is it that you want to integrate? Are you planning on creating your website with us or using the same hosting at iCloud? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

Hi,
thanks for your reply.
I already have a website http://www.addvancemaths.com , which is hosted and created by WordPress. I have just subscribed to iCloud+ which offers include domain email hosting. I’ve tried setting it up by copying their TXT codes into the WordPress domain section, but nothing appears to be happening.
Does that make sense?

Hey there,
I can see iCloud MX records on the domain, but I don’t see that TXT record.
Are you following any documentation that you can share with us? We can double check what’s missing there.

Hi,
I took it from here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT212524
I also logged into my own iCloud online, and the specific personal ‘Value’ in TXT came from there. I’m happy to share screenshots of this with you over email, but not on a public forum: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Thanks again for your support in trying to figure this out.
Thanks,
Will -
Hello Will,
Got it – it looks like that’s all in order.
To check please, follow this step here, to double check:
- On the iCloud Mail setup page, click Verify to confirm the setup. It may take a few minutes before your saved changes can be verified.
- To check that your domain and addresses are set up with iCloud Mail, sign in to https://icloud.com/icloudplus. Select the Custom Email Domain widget, then click Manage. If your changes haven’t been verified successfully, check your updated DNS records for errors and try again.
