domain emails will not forward

I created a Domain email address by filling out the ‘add an email forward’ in manage email but I am not receiving any emails sent through the domain email. I did confirm the confirmation email that was sent to me. So that is not it. Can you please help me trouble shoot what is going on, please?

I don’t see any forwarding email addresses on the domain, concordsepac.org. What is the email address you created?
I also notice that your account does not own the domain, but another account was used to register it. You will need to be logged in as the other account to add an email address to the domain, as only domain owners can make changes to a domain.

That’s because I learned that I can’t forward to gmail accounts without the Google app which is an additional cost. All the forwarding emails were gmails so I won’t be using the email forward feature.

You can forward emails to Gmail. You just won’t be able to send emails FROM the forwarding address.
If you want, you can also set up hosted email instead. That’s where you create a new email account with a third-party provider and connect that to your domain. I can recommend Zoho mail as a good free service for this.
