    I run a blog at WordPress.com, had me earlier this year bought the domain “carmiphillycat.com”, approx .. 2 days later canceled and bought from you. However, the complete release of United took about 30 days. Now she is completely freigegebn again, but they have indeed bought at WordPress and unfortunately no access. In the Dashboard is that this is active and I have to change the DNS. I have already tried the DNS change also NS1.WORDPRESS.COM and NS2.WORDPRESS.COM, but will not be accepted.

    What should I do now, so the domain is active with you, and is also accessible.

    Hi there,

    After looking into the account I see that there was a Domain Mapping upgrade but the domain is not registered. I have deleted that and provided you 11 euros worth of credit. So please re-register the domain by going to Store > Domains and you should be able to add it to your account!
