Domain Error DNS

    I signed the duomoconsultoria.com domain to the site duomoconsultoria.wordpress.com and had an error in the payment card. I paid again and mapped the domain that already included existing. Now the site has a DNS error and do nothing. As signed up by the wordpress.com own, do not know how to change the DNS.
