Hello, I had a domain, purchased through wordpress.com, lightbang.net, now, I wanted to change the domain registar to bluehost, so I bought the domain on bluehost. The thing is, I can’t put the blog online because bluehost is lacking autorization to access the domain and I don’t have access to the domain here, so I can’t get the EPP code. I was instructed to go to http://www.wildwestdomains.com and log in, but it seems I don’t have an account here since all the purchases were made through wordpress.com. How may I get the EPP code?

Did you initiate the transfer through WordPress.com? If you did, the code was sent to your email address on file. If you did not receive the email, log in and ensure that your email address on file is correct and resend the EPP code.
If you have not initiated the transfer through your WordPress.com account, you can do so by logging into you your WordPress.com account and completing the steps in the article here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/#preparing-the-domain-transfe.
Log in with the account used to purchase the domain, then you can manage your domain from Domain Management. Select your site if you have more than one (also found from the Domains tab in your My Site menu).
Select the domain you want to transfer from the list, and you will see its information, settings, and options:
Select Transfer Domain, and you will see options to transfer the domain to a different registrar, user, or site.
Select Transfer to a different registrar and you will see a message explaining that your domain first needs to be unlocked. Click Update Settings and Continue.
The next page will confirm that you have been sent a transfer code (also known as an “auth code” or “EPP code”) via email.
Within 15 minutes, you will receive an email with a transfer code (listed next to Authorization Info). To complete your domain transfer, provide the code following Authorization Info to your new registrar. This unique code allows us to release your domain to your new registrar for registration.
If you didn’t receive the email, make sure the email address on file for your domain is correct. You can send the code again from the Transfer Domain page by clicking the Resend Transfer Code button.
