Domain Error – Please try this setup again
-
Hello,
I wanted to update some pricing on my page, but could not get any pages to load. I noticed under Domain section there is an error, “We noticed that something wasn’t updated correctly. Please try this setup again.”. When I click on the “this setup” hyperlink to get error details, it takes me to the following page, but it never loads: https://wordpress.com/domains/mapping/journeycenterjax.com/setup/journeycenterjax.com?step=suggested_update.Any suggestions on what the domain error is and why I’m not able to see the “suggested update” page? I’ve tried several browsers. My domain registrar is Bluehost.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
We can’t help directly because we don’t host journeycenterjax.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.

To clarify, Bluehost adds the “jetpack” plugin to your site, which connects your Bluehost site to the cloud services we offer here on WordPress.com. However, because we don’t host your site directly we’re not in the best position to help.
The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and will be better able to help. Thanks!
