  no i don’t see it because my domain is blocked and my mail was registered at that domain too… could you send it to me again at that address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I have let you know about my mailbox trouble almost 24 hours ago, i cannot believe it takes so long to forward the ticked to another email address.

  I wrote to your support service many times (even privately) and none replied to me! this is not really a professional behaviour.

  I payed yesterday to renew the domain but i see it still as “expired”, and it still doesn’t work, i know the payment went ok because the amount has already been decreased from my credit card balance.

  can anyone tell me what can i do to solve the problem?

  that’s unbelievable!!

  you cannot immagine how many trobles caused to me the fact that you didn’t send me a mail to remind me aboud the expiry date… and after only a month you sell my domain to someone else without tell me nothing!

  I really have no words!
