domain experies message even after renew.

    I followed the renewal link to purchase credits for oracleport.com for the renewal, completed the transaction and received a receipt from PayPal.

    But now in my account dashboard still showing domain expired.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then take another look. One other note is that it may take several hours for things to update and the domain to come back online if it had actually expired. How soon you will see it depends on how often your ISP updates their name server.

    I’m seeing a wordpress.COM based site using the iNove theme.

    i have cleared by browser cache and cookies as well. but still getting same message domain expired.

    I have another very important issue. My DNS was before 24th

    ns1.xatechs.com
    ns2.xatechs.com

    and after 24th, instead of routing to these its showing old pages from wordpress standard hosting. My change DNS setting to as above mentioned but no way. still getting old posts.

    On a whois search your oracleport.com Shows expired June 24, 2011, but I am going to a WordPress.COM blog.

    It looks like something failed in the renew process – contact the Staff at once for help – only they have access to your records: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

    i have sent 4,5 message to support but didn’t get any reply yet. I dont know what to do.

    The staff is a bit behind, but I also see that this has been flagged for the attention of the staff – you also want to check your spam filter – many times the replies get lost there – I have seen several people that were ranting about the staff and the staff had sent them an answer a week ago – I would expect things to be fixed today.
