domain expiration

  I’ve already sent in one request for help, but haven’t received any yet. As this is a time sensitive matter, I hope to hear from you soon.
  I started my blog using WP.com and purchased a domain {meghannchapman.com} upon doing so. Then I purchased my own hosting and transferred the domain. Now its time for renewal and I have been to my hosting as well as Wild West domains and both have pointed me to you in order to renew. However, when I go in to do so, I get a message saying the product is no longer available.
  I need to get this done ASAP as today is the deadline.

  Please visit Store->Domains and click the renew button next to the domain.
