  My domain http://www.waverlyglasscompany.com expired back in September. I’d like to start the process to to see if I can get it back.

  Our records show that waverlyglasscompany.com expired 68 days ago on September 28,2014.

  Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order. You can learn more about domain expiration here:

  Recover an Expired or Cancelled Domain

  The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one which we can waive.

  I’ve emailed you a manual billing request. Please click the following link to pay for the renewal.

  The total price will be $106, which is $18 for the regular renewal, $8 for private registration, plus the $80 late renewal fee.

  Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so we can begin the recovery process. If we are unable to recover your domain your payment will be refunded.

  If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price once it has expired completely.

  Please note that someone else may purchase the domain first, in which case you will be unable to register it again, but if you prefer this option just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide you further instructions.

  Good news! We recovered your domain and it’s working on your site again here: http://waverlyglasscompany.com/

  I also noticed that you tried to renew this domain yourself before submitting the payment that Robyn sent you, so you ended up paying the $26 renewal twice. I went ahead and refunded that extra $26 payment you made.
