Domain Expiration

  I need help getting my domain reactivated. I don’t even know how it expired in the first place but our site has been down for several days now.

  Please someone help!

  You should have been sent a notice to the email of record for the upgrade – but the notification has been known to fail in the past – best to set a reminder of some sort on your calendar or whatever you use for reminders

  yes, after looking into my wife’s email account which the website (her business) is tied to, I was able to find about 16 emails warning her of the expiration (all of which were ignored)… smh,

  I’m changing the email address tied to the account to my address going forward.

  Now I just need the site back up and running..
